Simply Life

I haven't said too much, if anything, about Terri Schindler-Schiavo. I have sat here and read everybody elses' blogs. It bothers me.
It bothers me to think that this woman is starving to death.
I work with children that have special needs. I understand special needs, even severe ones.
There may be people who say that Terri is in a vegetative state. The videos I have seen show me otherwise.
I cannot comprehend how some people cannot see this.
It also seems to me that we treat murderers and rapists better than Terri. Food and water have never been considered medical treatment. They are neccesities to live. Going without them is what makes us die.
It is inhumane.
It is cruel.
Why is her husband allowed to end her life?
Why?

Those who agree with me...please join me in praying for Terri, her parents, family, friends, and even for Michael Schiavo.
