Overwhelming
The loudness overwhelmed her
She longed to slip away
But, someone in the night time
convinced this girl to stay
No voice has she
No name, no plea
Only an ache
wide as the sea
Where is her spirit?
And when did it go?
Where is the truth
that once filled her soul?
